Ojo de Agua water park

Ojo de Agua Water Park – this park’s name, which means “eye of the water” in Spanish, is located on the main road between San Jose International airport and San Antonio de Belen, this is the country’s primary water park. This park houses a variety of swimming pools for all ages. There’s 33-meter Olympic-size pool with a high dive. Next to it there is a small and round pool which caters to those who are not good swimmers. On the lower level of the park is a larger pool which has a waterfall at one end. Ojo de Agua also has hiking trails, a lake, a tennis court and open areas for sports and games. If you’re into watersports, there are row boats and kayaks for rent. A restaurant, ice cream shop and snack bars provide food and beverages including beer. On Sundays they even offer karaoke. Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Admission: ¢ 600 (general), ¢ 300 (elderly). Free for children under 6 years old.
