Museum of Contemporary Art and Design (Third Avenue, between 15th and 17th Streets, National Culture Center, Former National Liquor Factory): this museum is dedicated to disseminating and promoting the latest trends and dynamics within the world of art and design Central American contemporaries, as well as their links with relatively similar movements in the Latin American and international sphere. Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday). Admission: ¢ 1,000 (adult / local), free for children and local seniors, $ 3 (foreigners). Free admission for all Mondays.
