Juan Santamaría International Airport

The Juan Santamaría International Airport is the main airport. Located in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, this airport is the center of the local airline Sansa Airlines, and concentrates the airport of the city for Copa Airlines and Avianca. It has flights to from North America, Central and Europe. Unlike other airports in the country, it serves cities in South America and the Caribbean. Of the routes to Europe, there is frequency variation, between a daily flight, Iberia and two per week, of Edelweiss, Lufthansa and KLM airlines. Other airlines such as British Airways, Air France and Condor fly three times a week.
