ICE’s Museum of the History of Technology (4 blocks north of ICE’s central office – Sabana North, San Jose) Costa Rica state-owned power and telecoms company group Costa Rica Institute of Electricity (Group ICE) runs this museum, which informs the public about the history and evolution of electricity and telecommunications services, highlighting the contributions of ICE in the technological and socio-economic development of the country Hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (From Monday to Friday).
