Doris Metropolitan Restaurant, located behind the main church, downtown Santa Ana, San Jose, this restaurant specialized in meats is one of the most exclusive restaurants in San Jose, which serves several cuts of beef, along with succulent burgers and a minor selection of seafood and vegetarian options. To the surprise of many diners, the owners of the restaurants raise their own cattle. It also has a good wine list (from Californians to Argentine vintages). This is an important gastronomic destination for the local middle and upper classes, so diners should dress appropriately. Interestingly, the owners of this restaurant also have another restaurant (of the same name) in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
